1. Our Role

Digital Lotto Writer is a marketing and ticket facilitation service. We collect inputs from customers who wish to purchase specific tickets and submit those purchases to the respective licensed businesses/operators on their behalf. We do not issue or operate tickets ourselves.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via secured online payment system in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Customers are charged the ticket purchase value.

3. Responsibilities

• Digital Lotto Writer: Responsible for collecting customer inputs, processing payments, and forwarding ticket requests to licensed businesses.
• Licensed Businesses/Operators: Responsible for issuing tickets, honoring rewards, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Customers: Responsible for providing accurate details when submitting a ticket request.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for errors made by licensed operators, failure to deliver tickets, or any disputes related to rewards. Our responsibility ends once we confirm submission of the customer’s request to the licensed operator.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
