Digital Lotto Writer is a marketing and ticket facilitation service. Our system allows customers input the details ticket they want to buy, we process the payment, and submit the request to the licensed operator on their behalf.
No. We do not create or operate tickets. All tickets are officially issued by licensed businesses/operators.
You pay the ticket purchase value (which goes directly to the licensed operator). Our commission is paid by licensed operator, not the customer.
Once your request has been processed, we provide confirmation on our platform. The licensed business is responsible for the ticket and any associated rewards.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are only for deposited money which has not been used in ticket purchase by you the customer or if we fail to process your request after payment.
We do not issue tickets. We only act as a facilitation and marketing platform. All tickets are purchased from licensed operators authorized under Ghana’s regulatory framework.
All payments are securely handled through secured online payment system.
