Effective Date: April 17, 2026

1. Non-Refundable Services

All ticket purchase requests processed by Digital Lotto Writer are final once submitted to the licensed operator. Since tickets are purchased on the customer’s behalf, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred once confirmed.

2. Service Fee

The convenience/service fee charged by Digital Lotto Writer for processing and facilitating ticket purchases is strictly non-refundable. And it's paid by the licensed operators.

3. Refund Exceptions

• Duplicate payments caused by a system error.
• Failure by Digital Lotto Writer to submit the ticket request to the licensed operator after confirming payment.

Refunds for these exceptions will be processed within 7–14 business days after review.

4. How to Request a Refund

Customers must email admin@digitallottowriter.com or Whatsapp 0541123491 with proof of payment and details of the issue. Refund requests are only for deposited money which has not been used in purchasing tickets. Once you purchase the tickets, it's not refundable.
